Field Service and Preventive Maintenance

Field Serviceman working on a bagging machine

Automated Packaging Systems offers a network of factory-trained field service representatives. We have four field based engineers permanently on the road with a combined experience of 60 years working exclusively on Automated Packaging Systems machinery. All our engineers are based in the midlands area to reach any location in the UK quickly. There are no third party contractors.

When on-site service is required, our engineers typically respond within 24 hours. We take pride in providing you fast and accurate service, and completing all necessary repairs on the first visit. Our technicians carry a comprehensive spare parts kit for fast delivery and repair.

We also offer in depth customer maintenance and training classes, and can provide valuable consultation and recommendations to maximise your existing bagging operation performance, productivity and safety.

Preventive Maintenance Agreements

Automated Packaging Systems offers a variety of standard Preventive Maintenance Agreements to ensure trouble-free operation. We also offer custom Preventive Maintenance Agreements designed specifically for your operational requirements. Custom Preventive Maintenance Agreements can be all-inclusive of parts and labour, or simply consist of routine maintenance visits.

Scheduled maintenance visits can include thorough inspection of your Automated Packaging Systems equipment, replacement of worn parts, identification of parts that may need future replacement and basic training for new operators.
