The AutoLabel 500 is capable of printing labels up to 100mm wide and 500mm long directly on to poly bags. The print registration is guaranteed within 1.6mm and Target Registration Control enables precision adjustments while the printer is running.

This programmable printer can be combined with an Autobag 500 bagging machine for inline printing and packaging.

The AutoLabel 500 interacts with AutoLabel Designer™ software for custom labels with high-resolution barcodes, text and graphics. Enhanced database connectivity enables networked label storage, sharing and printing.

This innovative thermal printer supports both linear and 2D barcodes in a wide variety of symbologies. Label changes are fast and simple by accessing pre-stored label designs or downloading from a database with a PC connection. A large, on-board memory capacity stores job data for rapid label changeovers and maximum system uptime.

The tilting printhead makes ribbon changeover and printhead maintenance easy. A Ribbon Saver feature minimises empty space between labels, eliminating waste. System-matched AutoLabel Thermal Transfer Ribbon resists scratching, smearing and flaking for durable, crisp, high quality labels. These thermal transfer ribbons extend printhead life and are specially made for use on poly bags.
