The Autobag AB 255 OneStep packaging machine offers a flexible solution for dynamic packaging environments, such as mail order fulfilment, short production runs and build-on-demand operations. This bagging machine is ideal for packaging medium to large products, such as spare parts or clothing. Bag sizes are available in up to 400 mm wide and 675 mm long. Operating at speeds up to 30 bags per minute, this automated packaging machinery can print high-resolution text, graphics and barcodes up to 300 mm per second. By positioning the PI 412c printer directly over the next bag to be loaded, this comprehensive packaging system prints and indexes in a single-step, virtually eliminating bag waste, product queuing and the need for separate labelling equipment. Efficient next-bag-out technology ensures accuracy in bag packaging applications that require frequent product and label changeovers. The AB 255 OneStep can be utilised in the standard Print-n-Pack™ configuration or integrated with a variety of productivity options, including laptop computers, barcode scanners and stand-alone keyboards. Combined with genuine Autobag pre-opened bags-on-a-roll, this automatic packaging machinery can streamline your short-run applications.
