We offer the largest network of factory-direct field service representatives in the bagging industry. Our Field Service Engineers are highly-trained and factory-certified, and are solely dedicated to keeping your Autobag® and SidePouch™ equipment operating at peak performance.

When on-site field service is required, our service engineers can usually respond within 24 hours. Our Field Service Engineers are experts at installation, set-up and basic

operator training on new systems, and can provide valuable consultation and recommendations to maximise your existing bagging operation, as well.

Preventive Maintenance Agreements

Improving system productivity or avoiding a “crisis service” situation could be as easy as scheduling regular maintenance for your Autobag or SidePouch bagging systems.

Automated Packaging Systems offers a variety of standard Service Contracts to ensure trouble-free operation. We also offer custom Service Contracts designed specifically for your operational requirements and these can be all-inclusive of parts and labour, or simply consist of routine maintenance visits.

Service Contracts generally pay for themselves with better overall system uptime and consistently higher packaging productivity. Scheduled service visits can include thorough inspection of your APS equipment, replacement of worn parts, identification of parts that may need future replacement, basic training for new operators, and more.

All of the company’s Service Contracts are carried out by our staff of factory-direct and certified Field Service Engineers.
